Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Banas spent 15 years as a software engineer designing, developing and integrating e-commerce and ERP systems at Fortune 500 companies. As an IT consultant with Accenture, Perot Systems and Lincoln Technology Services, Mr. Banas worked with companies such as Dell, IBM, Cisco, FedEx, CDW, Insight, Tech Data and Univar USA, where he was responsible for reengineering and implementing large scale information technology improvements to business critical e-commerce, logistics, warehouse management and ERP systems. In addition, Mr. Banas has gained practical experience as a businessman by purchasing, owning, operating and selling a franchise printing company.
